Each row corresponds to one parent linked to one child whose birthday placed them within a specified window around the eligibility age on election day, recording whether the parent voted and the child\u2019s relative age in days.\n\nThe dataset was constructed by linking national population registers (which include exact dates of birth and parent\u2013child links via the Civil Registration System) with validated turnout from official polling-place voter lists compiled by municipalities for the 2013 election. For 2013, the turnout linkage covered virtually the entire electorate nationwide. The resulting file contains de-identified records that provide a clean snapshot of parent voting behavior and precise child age timing relative to the legal voting-age threshold.","file_sha256":"06dff6b0accab2e782a7472db15c53c011f38238a7452377d4752d939be017e4","format":"csv","frame_sha256":null,"generator":null,"kind":"file","licence":"redistributed by CausalReasoningBenchmark (MIT) under the original replication data's terms","member":null,"object":null,"params":{},"path":null,"read_kw":{},"records":null,"role":"agent","sha256":"06dff6b0accab2e782a7472db15c53c011f38238a7452377d4752d939be017e4","transforms":[],"url":"https://huggingface.co/datasets/syrgkanislab/CausalReasoningBenchmark/resolve/edd0fe1c1d1c5c0a4f0e3e67a50481ac679fb888/data/ds_0062/data/data.csv"}},"difficulty":"M","id":"crb_papers.q094","level":"T2","meta":{"agent_reach":{"blocked_by":["no_reference_path","no_tool:rdrobust_robust_bias_corrected"],"dtypes":{"ds_0062":{"voted":"int64"}},"named":{"outcome":["voted"],"treatment":[]},"reachable":false,"rule":"magi_bench.reach/1"},"answer_format":{"figure_transform":"identity","round_to":null,"unit_scale":1.0},"cluster":"ds_0062","crb":{"data_path":"data/ds_0062/data/data.csv","dataset_id":"ds_0062","gold":{"ci95":[-0.00961278319913499,0.033519338651667605],"ci_rule":"effect \u00b1 1.96\u00b7|standard_error| (evaluate_result.ci_bounds)","effect":0.01195327772626631,"standard_error":0.011003092308878214},"identification":{"causal_quantity":"CATE","cutoff":0.0,"outcomes":["voted"],"running_variable":"days","strategy":"Regression Discontinuity","treatments":[],"variant":"sharp"},"identification_strategy":"Regression Discontinuity"},"naive":{"dataset":"ds_0062","treatment":"days","y":"voted"},"native_id":"94","reference_path":{"calls":[],"needs":["no_tool:rdrobust_robust_bias_corrected"],"provenance":"none","quotes":{},"reference_datasets":[],"source_id":"crb_papers.q094.script"}},"question":"Among Danish parents whose child's age is near the voting eligibility threshold in 2013, what is the average causal effect of the child becoming eligible to vote on the parent's probability of voting in that election?","requires":[],"runner":null,"sources":["crb_papers.q094.gold","crb_papers.q094.script"],"split":"public","suite":"crb_papers","tags":["econ-bench","external","crb","rd","ref_none"],"target":"agent","tool":null,"truth":"CausalReasoningBenchmark gold at the pinned revision: causal_queries.json effect and standard_error (the value the item's estimation.py prints), scored as evaluate_result.py scores estimate_within_solution_ci"}
